Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for residential or commercial properties. The role involves guiding clients through the property purchase process, maintaining a strong customer pipeline, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits.
• Handle client inquiries, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with clients.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Ensure sales closure, documentation, and coordinate with legal and finance teams for smooth transactions.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-centric approach and persuasive personality.
• Good knowledge of local real estate markets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Maintain a database of clients and prospects.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial).
• Prior experience in real estate sales preferred.
• Own vehicle and valid driving license (preferred).
• Preferred Age: Below 30 years

Salary: As per current CTC/ Last drawn salary
