We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth for our Machinery Loan product. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business through open market sourcing, building relationships with SME clients, and achieving assigned sales targets. This is an individual contributor role requiring proven expertise in Machinery Loans, Unsecured Business Loans, and Working Capital Loans.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, acquire, and manage potential clients in the open market for Machinery Loan and related products.

Generate leads through direct sourcing, field visits, and existing customer networks.

Assess clients financial needs and structure appropriate loan solutions.

Manage end-to-end loan process from sourcing to documentation and disbursement.

Ensure adherence to credit policy, documentation standards, and compliance guidelines.

Maintain healthy relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to enhance business strategy.

Key Requirements

Experience: 1 years in sales of Machinery Loans, Unsecured Business Loans, or Working Capital Loans (mandatory).

Profile: Individual contributor role; must be self-driven and target-oriented.

Market Exposure: Strong knowledge of Pune region markets including Chakan, Pimpri, and Khedshivapur.

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management.

Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

Mode of Work: Field-based, with regular client interactions and visits.

Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA (based on experience)
