About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager – Closing who can confidently handle client meetings, conduct site visits, negotiate effectively, and convert prospects into confirmed bookings. This role is ideal for someone who understands the real estate sales cycle, enjoys interacting with clients and channel partners, and thrives in a target-driven environment.

The candidate should have experience in selling both residential and commercial real estate projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction & Site Visits

- Conduct project presentations and site visits with prospective buyers.

- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment potential.

- Build trust with clients and guide them through the buying decision.
Deal Closures

- Handle negotiations with buyers and convert interested prospects into bookings.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain strong conversion ratios from site visits to closures.
Channel Partner Engagement

- Work closely with channel partners and brokers to generate quality clients.

- Support channel partners during client meetings and negotiations.

- Build strong relationships with the brokerage network.
Follow-ups & Lead Management

- Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested customers.

- Manage leads effectively through CRM or internal systems.

- Ensure timely conversion of warm leads.
Documentation & Booking

- Assist clients with booking forms, documentation, and payment processes.

- Coordinate internally with CRM, accounts, and legal teams for smooth transactions.
RequirementsExperience

- 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales.

- Experience in commercial and residential real estate projects.

- Experience handling site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
Skills

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

- Strong negotiation and closing ability.

- Target-driven and performance-focused mindset.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deals.
Education

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
