Job Title: Sales Manager


1. Overview: The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the organization by leading sales strategies and managing key client relationships. The role aims to enhance the company's market position and achieve financial growth by identifying business opportunities and building strategic partnerships.


2. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to enhance market penetration.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve sales objectives and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the industrial equipment sector.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

3. Technical Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of industrial equipment, specifically:
    • Compressors
    • Industrial Gas Generators
    • Analytical Gas Generators
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including:
    • MS Word
    • MS Excel
    • MS PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

4. Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the industrial equipment sector.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.

5. Skills & Experience:

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to enhance sales performance.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales projects simultaneously.
  • Experience training and developing a sales team for optimal performance.
