About the Role
We are offering a 3-6 month, full-time remote Sales Internship for candidates interested in building a career in B2B SAAS sales and revenue roles within a fast-growing AI startup. This program provides hands-on exposure to real-world selling, customer acquisition, and revenue ownership.

Unlike traditional internships, this program is performance-driven, combining a fixed monthly component with performance-linked incentives. Progression is based on measurable sales outcomes, ethical selling practices, and consistency.

High-performing interns may be considered for full-time roles upon successful completion of the internship.

Selection Process

Internship Responsibilities
Sell Confidential company subscriptions via approved channels
Prospect and engage SMB decision-makers
Own the full sales cycle from first contact to payment
Maintain CRM hygiene and structured follow-ups
Ensure customer quality and retention

Compensation
Fixed monthly stipend
Performance-based incentives for successful sales
Expected Monthly Earnings (Indicative): ~INR 15,000 per month
Top performers: INR 30,000+ per month
