Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage potential customers through sales channels such as showroom visits, test rides, corporate tie-ups, events, and digital leads.

- Conduct product demonstrations and test rides, showcasing the unique features and advantages of Gravton EVs.

- Explain pricing, financing, and applicable government subsidies in a clear and customer-friendly manner.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a seamless buying experience.

- Follow up with leads, handle customer inquiries, and assist in closing sales.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.

- Gather customer feedback and analyze insights to improve sales strategies and customer experience.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.

- Stay informed about EV industry trends, competitor offerings, and changing market demands.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Automobile, or a related field.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to simplify and explain technical aspects of EVs to customers.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales and travel.

- Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Office, and digital lead management.

- Passion for electric mobility and sustainability (preferred).
