As a Sales Manager/ Head in the Transport and Logistic industry, your role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize sales. You will be responsible for setting individual and team sales targets, monitoring team performance, managing and motivating the team, and building and maintaining customer relationships. Analyzing market trends and competitor activity will also be part of your key responsibilities. - Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to the team.
- Conduct regular meetings with the team, engage in team building activities as required, and ensure the team is working effectively and efficiently to meet or exceed sales goals consistently.
- Identify the right customers to engage with your services.

Qualifications Required:
- Leadership, communication, strategic thinking, analytical skills, customer focus, sales experience, industry knowledge, time management, adaptability, interpersonal skills, and deep understanding of sales processes are essential.
- A senior professional with 12 years of experience in the General Cargo Transport Industry with a proven track record.
- Strong commercial knowledge and experience in a leadership or administrative role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Logistics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.
- Well-versed in computer skills.
