Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mohali district for a Head of Sales Marketing. The Head of Sales Marketing will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, developing sales strategies, leading the sales team, and managing key accounts.

Sales Management and Team Management skills

Proven track record of building and managing successful sales teams

Analytical Skills to track and analyze sales metrics

Account Management skills to manage key client accounts

Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members

Familiarity with the window and door industry is a plus
