Responsibilities:
  • Own the P&L for the acquisition of SME Businesses in the Electronics manufacturing space.
  • Build a quality SME portfolio and develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Coordinate for pre- and post-sales processes to ensure timely onboarding.
  • Partner with channel partners/ SMEs from EMS/ OEMs globally, identify new product opportunities, and suggest new business strategies.

  • Good to have:
  • 5–9 years of experience in business development roles for the OEMs/ EMS firms.
  • Proven track record in identifying new business opportunities and suggesting strategies
  • Having exposure of electronics, OEMs, EMS, Semiconductors is mandatory.
  • Mandatory experience scaling revenue for B2B SaaS products.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with engineering, data, and AI teams
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
  • Experience leading squads in fast-moving, high-growth environments
  • Exposure to supply chain, procurement, or industrial data products is a plus
