Job Summary:

We are hiring Sales Professional that  includes AGM, SM, ASM for Business Development for our offices at Gurgaon  ,Mumbai , Bangalore Location , You must have 5-10 yrs experience in B2B Sales .

Must :

Have Knowledge of CRM is a plus point , Corporate Connects , Have Bike/Car , Good communication Skill .

Responsibilities :

1 Build new corporate Accounts

2 Achieve monthly sales Target

3 Responsible for Collections


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and market expansion goals.

  • Market Analysis: Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities within the packaging industry.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Product Knowledge: Leverage technical knowledge of product packaging solutions to provide tailored recommendations to clients.

  • Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets through effective lead generation and client acquisition strategies.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

  • Sales Reporting: Monitor and report sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.

  • Pricing & Negotiation: Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations to close high-value deals.


Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA in Marketing with an Engineering background.

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the product packaging industry.

  • Corporate customers E- COM/Packaging product knowledge.

  • Strong understanding of packaging solutions and industry trends.

  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to sell Tech.

  • Experience in B2B sales and key account management.

  • Exposure to product development processes in the packaging industry.

  • Familiarity with emerging trends in eco-friendly packaging solutions.
