Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to manage in-store sales for steel doors and windows. The candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, explaining product features, preparing quotations, and ensuring a smooth sales process at the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and assist walk-in customers visiting the showroom/store.
• Explain product specifications, features, and pricing of steel doors and windows.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
• Follow up with customers to convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain proper display and presentation of products in the showroom.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and installation team for order processing and delivery.
• Maintain records of sales, customer inquiries, and daily store activities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in showroom/store sales, preferably in building materials, doors, windows, or related products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of billing and MS Office.
• Customer-focused approach with strong sales skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
