Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Conduct client meetings, property visits, and presentations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
• Keep updated with market trends, property values, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any stream).
• Experience: 0–3 years in sales (real estate experience preferred, but freshers are welcome).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
