Job Title: Sales Executive – Garment Industry (Women’s Ethnic Wear)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professional for our garment unit specializing in women’s ethnic wear. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in wholesale markets across India and the ability to develop new business while maintaining existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales for women’s ethnic wear categories including: 3-piece suits, Co-ord sets, Anarkali dresses, Kurti sets
• Develop and expand business in major wholesale markets such as: Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Jaipur, Punjab, Ahmedabad.
• Manage a balanced sales approach: 80% focus on wholesale markets, 20% focus on retail channels
• Conduct frequent travel for: Market visits, Client meetings, Order generation
• Identify and onboard new clients and distributors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities in the women’s ethnic wear segment
• Present product collections effectively to clients
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of the Women’s ethnic wear market
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation ability
• Good personality with professional appearance
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Willingness to travel extensively

Eligibility Criteria:

• Proven experience in garment/women’s ethnic wear sales (preferred)
• Strong network in wholesale markets will be an added advantage
• Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates)

Compensation:
