Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executives to drive promotions and sales of leading FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) products in the assigned local territory. This is a field role that requires regular travel within local areas to increase product visibility, manage dealer/distributor relationships, and boost consumer engagement. Key Responsibilities
  • *

  • Promote FMCG products in local markets through retail visits, roadshows, and product demonstrations.
  • *

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
  • *

  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through effective promotion strategies.
  • *

  • Monitor competitor activities and report on market trends.
  • *

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure branding consistency in field promotions.
  • *

  • Ensure stock availability at retail outlets and coordinate reordering if necessary.
  • *

  • Submit timely reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and field activities.
  • *

  • Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and local sales events as required.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • *

  • Minimum 10+2 (High School) pass; a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is an advantage.
  • *

  • Good communication skills in Hindi or regional language; basic English understanding preferred.
  • *

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • *

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
  • *

  • Basic understanding of retail operations and FMCG product categories.
  • *

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • *

  • Mobile phone with internet access (for reporting and coordination).
  • Experience
  • *

  • Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in FMCG sales, field marketing, product promotions, or related roles.
  • *

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for sales may also apply.
  • Working Hours
  • *

  • 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
  • *

  • Field Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • *

  • Sundays and public holidays off, unless scheduled for special promotional events.

  • Familiarity with FMCG sales cycles and customer decision-making processes.

  • Local area knowledge including market geography and key retail hubs.
