About the Role

We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Sales Executive to join us on a 2-month remote contract. You will be the voice of CETverse — reaching out to coaching academies, students, driving enrollments, and building strong relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Drive new student enrollments and meet monthly sales targets
  • Actively pitch CETverse to coaching academies, students, and parents
  • Conduct consultations and follow up with prospective learners
  • Build and nurture relationships with leads and customers
  • Track leads, manage CRM records, and prepare regular sales reports
  • Identify new business opportunities within your assigned territory

  • Compensation
  • Fixed Pay: ₹3,000 per month
  • Performance Incentive: ₹10 per user enrolled (uncapped)

  • Qualifications
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and preparing sales reports
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage a sales pipeline independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of the EdTech or education industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in Marathi/Hindi and familiarity with the Pune region is an advantage
