As a **Sales Executive**, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching our services, and closing deals. This is a commission-based role, with a minimum of **10% commission** on every successful sale. The better you perform, the more you earn

• *Key Responsibilities**:

- Approach businesses such as real estate agencies, jewelry stores, doctors, boutiques, and SMEs to promote our services.
- Conduct meetings (online or in-person) to explain and sell our services.
- Negotiate with clients and close deals effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Meet monthly sales targets to maximize your earnings.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely service delivery.

• *Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (or regional language).
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous sales experience (preferably in digital marketing or related fields) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to earn and grow.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is advantageous.
