    - Selling to greenfield projects, OEMs, and Contractors based on benefits.
    - Capturing information systematically and maintaining reports.
    - Generating leads from Consultants and other sources, working on specifications.
    - Mapping competition activity and defining decision-making hierarchy at customers' end.
    - Submitting proposals in line with potential and securing repeated business.
    - Documenting benefits for customers and focusing on high-quality business.
    - Completing the sales cycle from lead generation to payment collection.
    - Analyzing market trends, potential business, and developing business plans to achieve targets.
  • *Qualification and Requirements:**
  • - Educational Qualification: B.E/ Mechanical
    - Work Experience: 4-10 years in relevant industry with a focus on customer relationship building, selling, negotiation skills, and knowledge about boilers and steam accessories.
