Job Description:

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our metrology solutions. This role involves promoting products, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through comprehensive market research, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business and drive referrals.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients with clarity and professionalism.
  • Collaborate effectively with the technical team to understand product specifications and recommend appropriate solutions to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, address client objections, and successfully close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies and improve market positioning.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions in our internal company system.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and seminars to promote products and expand the customer base.

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the metrology, industrial automation, or precision measurement industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
