About the job:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct detailed student counseling for Germany, including course and university mapping, timelines, costs, and intake planning.

2. Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments while achieving monthly revenue targets.

3. Address objections, negotiate terms, and close enrollments effectively.

4. Present service packages, clearly explain deliverables, and manage fee-related discussions.

5. Conduct occasional short one-to-many sessions or webinars for high-potential leads.

6. Maintain accurate and updated CRM records, including status, next actions, notes, and conversion details.

7. Coordinate seamless handover of enrolled students to the admissions or SST team, ensuring a premium student experience.

8. Provide weekly funnel metrics, including show-ups, proposals, wins, and reasons for lost leads.

Other Requirements:

1. 1 year of experience in education counseling, inside sales, or B2C closures.

2. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in Marathi preferred.

3. Proven ability to close sales- skilled in discovery, pitching, objection handling, and creating urgency.

4. Working knowledge of Germany-specific processes such as APS, uni-assist, DAAD basics, VFS timelines, intakes, and blocked accounts (training will be provided).

5. Proficiency in CRM systems and Google Sheets, with a disciplined approach to follow-ups and record-keeping.
