A Sales Coordinator for corporate clientsserves as the essential link between the companys sales team, internal departments (logistics, production, finance), and high-value corporate clients. Unlike a sales representative, this role focuses on backend support, order management, and maintaining long-term relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and efficient, timely delivery. Key Responsibilities Corporate Account Support:Acting as the primary contact for corporate clients regarding order inquiries, pricing, and product information. Order Processing & Management:Receiving, processing, and tracking client orders accurately from initiation to dispatch. Documentation & Reporting:Preparing and managing contracts, proposals, quotations, and vendor documents (e.g., GST/TDS). Interdepartmental Liaison:Coordinating with production, logistics, and finance to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to SLA agreements. CRM Database Management:Maintaining up-to-date, accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and contact information. Sales Performance Tracking:Analyzing sales data and preparing reports to monitor target achievements and identify growth opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience:23+ years in sales coordination, client servicing, or B2B administrative roles. Education:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Technical Proficiency:Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel/vlookup/pivot tables) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP). Communication:Excellent verbal and written English, capable of handling high-level corporate interactions. Soft Skills:High organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ability to work under pressure.
