As a proactive Customer Relationship Executive, your role will involve managing customer communication, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth order processing and delivery for both domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Keep customers updated on order status, dispatch, and delivery timelines
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with operations, sales, and production teams
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups
- Follow up with customers on pending payments
- Coordinate logistics for domestic and international shipments
- Manage billing and shipment processes for customer orders
- Prepare and send invoices; track and resolve billing-related issues
- Coordinate with third-party logistics partners for smooth dispatch and delivery
- Oversee customer shipments end-to-end
- Handle basic export-related documentation (training will be provided for invoicing)

Skills Required:
- English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to work with multiple departments simultaneously
- Good time management and attention to detail

Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any stream
- 13 years of experience in:
- Customer Relationship Management
- Sales Coordination
- Operations / Backend Support

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in logistics coordination
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international export procedures
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Exposure to ERP / CRM systems
