Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Location: Surat, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate between sales team, customers, and internal departments
Handle customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, order status, and delivery
Follow up on samples, trials, and repeat orders
Track order progress from order confirmation to dispatch and billing
Maintain and update customer data, order pipeline, and follow-up records
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for sales analysis and performance
review.
Analyze basic sales data and share insights with the sales head
Support sales team during client visits, exhibitions, and trade events
Collect customer feedback and assist in new customer onboarding

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
Ability to prepare and analyze sales reports using Excel
Basic knowledge of textile products/fabrics preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving approach

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support (textile industry preferred)
