Shaadi.com is looking for VIP Consultant(Inside Sales advisor) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

Role & responsibilities:-

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers and pitch premium memberships
Drive high-quality conversations that lead to conversions Build rapport and trust quickly
Even on a 2AM call Hit (and exceed) your daily, weekly, and monthly targets with flair

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in Sales/Telesales (Night shift experience is mandatory)
Superb communication and persuasion skills Strong command over English (a must for international or NRI Calls)
Excellent verbal communication skills in English language; strong written communication skills are also required (a must for international or NRI calls)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; high level of organization skills necessary.
High energy, quick thinking, and target-focused HSC or Graduate degree

Strong attention to detail + excellent organizational skills

Self-motivated and committed to exceeding customer expectations

Male candidate are mandatory for Night Shift (11:30 p.m-8 a.m- 2 Rotational Offs)

Both Male & Female can apply for day shift(7:30 am-4:30 pm- 2 Rotational Offs)

Salary:- 25K-35K in-hand + Unlimited Incentives
Night Allowance: 100/day
