We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Call Center Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls, explaining products or services to customers, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound sales calls / handle inbound customer inquiries
  • Explain products or services clearly and confidently
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the system
  • Follow call center scripts and compliance guidelines
  • Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-ups

  • Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (graduate preferred)
  • Previous experience in sales or call center is an advantage
  • Good communication skills in English/Hindi (add language if needed)
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate
  • Comfortable working with targets
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
