Sales Associate – Omnichannel Conversions
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Sales Associate to manage customer conversations across multiple sales channels and convert inbound interest into successful orders. This role will focus on engaging leads through WhatsApp chats, phone calls, store leads and Shopify abandoned cart follow-ups, with the goal of improving response speed, customer experience, and overall conversion rates.
The ideal candidate is confident in direct selling, strong in written and verbal communication, and comfortable handling customer objections, product queries, and follow-ups across digital and telephonic channels.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound leads and customer queries on WhatsApp
Connect with interested prospects telephonically to explain products, resolve concerns, and drive purchases
Follow up with customers who have abandoned carts on Shopify to recover lost sales
Build rapport with leads, understand buying intent, and guide them toward conversion
Maintain consistent follow-up with warm leads until closure or clear outcome
Coordinate with internal teams for order support, inventory checks, and customer issue resolution
Track conversations, lead status, and conversions across all assigned channels
Meet daily/weekly targets for response time, follow-ups, and sales closures

Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in sales, inside sales, or customer conversion roles
Strong communication skills in chat and phone-based selling
Comfortable handling multiple customer touchpoints simultaneously
Familiar with WhatsApp Business, calling workflows, and Shopify order/cart processes
Good at objection handling, persuasion, and closing
Organized, target-driven, and customer-focused
