Brand Ambassadorship: Represent our values and story with elegance, passion, and deep fashion knowledge.
KPI Excellence: Driven by performance, you will focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets, conversion rates, and Average Unit Retail (AUR).
Store Excellence: Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and store operational efficiency.
Proven experience in Luxury Retail or Premium Lifestyle brands.
Strong understanding of retail KPIs and a "proactive" sales mindset.
A genuine passion for international fashion trends and Italian craftsmanship.
Excellent communication skills in English (Knowledge of Kannada or Hindi is a plus).
