We are UK-based NICEIC Approved electrical and fire safety compliance company. We specialize in delivering highquality inspection, testing, and certification services across the UK. As we expand our operations, we are setting up a dedicated office in Jalandhar and are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team.

Role Overview

We are hiring Customer Service Executives who can communicate clearly and confidently in English. You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, coordinating bookings, and creating jobs on our ServiceM8 platform (training provided).

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a longterm career with a UKbased compliance company.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with UK clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Create and manage jobs on the ServiceM8 system.
• Coordinate with engineers and ensure smooth scheduling of appointments.
• Maintain accurate records and follow compliance procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries professionally.
• Work closely with the UK team to support daily operations.

Training Provided

We will provide full training on:

• British Standards related to electrical and fire safety compliance
• ServiceM8 job management system
• Internal processes and communication protocols .

Working HoursUK Time

• : 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (GMT)

This will be a lateevening to night shift for India-based staff
