Drive consistent revenue growth by achieving weekly targets through consultative inside sales, engaging with high-intent, pre-qualified leads.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate, you will connect with parents and adult learners who have already attended a demo session. Your role is to understand their needs, build trust, and guide them through the enrollment journey using a consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with 6570 qualified leads daily via calls and video sessions
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from first interaction to final conversion
  • Conduct personalized counseling sessions and effectively handle objections
  • Consistently achieve and exceed weekly revenue targets
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and performance

  • Based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate
  • Willing to work from office, 6 days a week (Tuesday off)
