About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Sales Associate with hands-on experience in international outbound sales. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with outbound dialler tools, possess strong communication skills, and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls using an outbound dialler.
• Pitch products/services to international customers and drive end-to-end sales.
• Understand customer needs, handle objections, and convert leads effectively.
• Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and customer information in CRM systems.
• Work closely with the sales team to meet weekly and monthly targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer engagement and deliver a professional sales experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 18 Months of international outbound sales experience (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of working with outbound dialler tools (Predictive/Auto/Manual).
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral or easily understandable accent.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
• Basic understanding of sales processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
