Role Overview

NCSS is looking for a highly driven Sales & Outreach Executive who can actively engage with schools, build relationships with school leadership, and convert them into NCSS member institutions. This role requires consistent outreach, strong follow-up discipline, and the ability to close institutional sales.

You will manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting schools to closing memberships and building long-term partnerships. This is a target-driven role suited for individuals who thrive in sales and enjoy working with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

1. School Outreach & Lead Generation

  • Identify and reach out to schools across India through calls, emails, networking, and field visits.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective schools.

  • 2. Institutional Sales & Membership Closures

  • Present NCSS membership programs and safety solutions to principals, trustees, and school management.

  • Drive conversions and secure NCSS memberships.

  • 3. Sales Funnel Ownership

  • Manage the complete institutional sales pipeline:

  • Lead generation

  • Outreach

  • Meeting scheduling

  • Program presentation

  • Follow-ups

  • Sales closure

  • 4. Relationship Building with School Leaders

  • Develop long-term relationships with principals, directors, and school administrators.

  • Position NCSS as a trusted advisor on school safety and compliance.

  • 5. Meetings & Presentations

  • Conduct virtual or in-person presentations with school leadership teams.

  • Clearly communicate the value of NCSS membership and safety frameworks.

  • 6. Referral & Network Expansion

  • Leverage partner schools to generate referrals.

  • Expand NCSS reach through education networks and school communities.

  • 7. CRM Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, meetings, and conversions.

  • Share weekly reports on sales pipeline, outreach progress, and closures.

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    Success in this role will be measured based on:

  • Number of schools contacted per week

  • Number of meetings scheduled with school leadership

  • Number of presentations conducted

  • NCSS memberships closed

  • Revenue generated

  • Conversion rate from meetings to memberships

  • Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, institutional outreach, or business development

  • Experience selling to schools, education institutions, or B2B services preferred

  • Strong persuasion and presentation skills

  • Ability to influence school leadership and decision-makers

  • Highly disciplined with follow-ups and pipeline management

  • Target-driven and comfortable working in a sales environment

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related fields

  • Strong networking skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.

  • Knowledge of the education industry, compliance frameworks, and partnerships

  • Fluency in English & Hindi; regional languages a plus

  • Willingness to travel
