Position: Branch Operations Manager
Location: Secunderabad
Qualification: B.E /Dip - Mech, EEE, EIE
Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in handling Metrology Tools Sales/ Quality or Calibration of Precision Tools
Salary: 45,000 – 55,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Quotation & Pricing Management

• Review and verify customer enquiries.
• Prepare accurate quotations with appropriate pricing, delivery timelines, and terms.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure the timely submission of quotations.

Customer Relationship & Issue Resolution

• Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints.
• Provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong business relationships with existing clients and support new business development.

Material Planning & Coordination

• Arrange and manage the supply of required materials in line with customer orders.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for timely procurement and delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory management.

Branch Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch for smooth functioning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality systems.
• Monitor operational KPIs and ensure targets are met.

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead, mentor, and guide the branch team to achieve operational efficiency.
• Assign responsibilities and monitor performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings and ensure effective communication.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Strong technical knowledge of metrology tools and precision tool calibration.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to handle customer escalations with professionalism.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred).
