We are a growing premium furniture store in New Market, Bhopal, looking for a high-energy Sales & Operations Executive to join our team.

This is NOT a desk job. You will be the "Right Hand" of the founder, managing everything from walk-in clients to checking production at the workshop. If you want to learn how to run a furniture business and grow into a manager role, this is for you.

Your Role (What you will do):

Sales & Quotations : Handle walk-in clients, understand their needs, and make quick, professional quotations on WhatsApp, Google Docs / MS Excel.

Operations : Coordinate with our carpenters and vendors to ensure orders are on time.

Quality Check (QC) : Visit our workshops to ensure the finishing and quality of different furniture pieces so that they are 100% perfect before delivery.

Site Visits : Visit client homes for measurements and final installation checks.

Reporting: Update the owner daily on order status and pending deliveries.

Who we are looking for:

Education: Graduate (BBA/MBA/Diploma in Interior Design preferred but not mandatory).

Experience: 1–3 years in Furniture, Tiles, Hardware, or Construction fields.

Skills: Excellent communication (Hindi & English), basic Excel/Google Sheets, and a "never say die" attitude.

Vehicle: Must have your own 2-wheeler (Petrol allowance will be provided).

Location: Must be based in Bhopal and comfortable working in New Market and nearby workshop areas.

Salary & Benefits:

Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (Based on experience).

Monthly Incentives: Earn extra commission on every successful sale.

Allowances: Petrol charges covered.

Growth: Opportunity to lead our Pan-India expansion team within 1 year.
