Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Balaghat for a Sales and Marketing Support position. The individual in this role will assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns, supporting the sales team with materials and information, conducting market research, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining sales records. Additional responsibilities may include coordinating promotional events and campaigns and ensuring seamless communication between sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Skills in sales support, customer relationship management, and maintaining sales records
• Proficiency in marketing, digital marketing, and campaign coordination
• Ability to conduct thorough market research and analyze data effectively
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and marketing software is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in event coordination and promotional activities is preferred
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a benefit
