Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Sas Nagar. The responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products, managing sales activities, building and nurturing customer relationships, assisting in customer inquiries, and providing training to team members on sales techniques and best practices. The role will require collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Robust Communication and Customer Service skills
Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management strategies
Ability to provide Training and guidance for team members
Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
Proactive approach with the ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
