Position: Sales & Marketing Manager – Healthcare Location: Pune (Pune-based candidates only) Industry: Hospital / Healthcare Travel Requirement: Pan India Travel Mandatory Joining: Immediate Preferred Qualification • B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering (Preferred) • MBA / PG in Marketing / Hospital Management / Business Administration (Added Advantage) Experience Required • 7–12 Years of experience in Sales & Marketing within Hospital Management / Healthcare Industry Job Description (Roles & Responsibilities) • Develop and implement strategic sales & marketing plans to increase hospital revenue and service outreach. • Identify and generate new business opportunities across hospitals, diagnostic centers, corporates, and healthcare institutions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, biomedical departments, and key stakeholders. • Promote hospital services, medical equipment solutions, and healthcare projects across India. • Manage corporate tie-ups, referral networks, and institutional collaborations. • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and business meetings with clients. • Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets set by management. • Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance analysis. • Coordinate with operations and clinical teams to ensure smooth project execution. • Represent the organization at conferences, exhibitions, and healthcare events.
