Position - Sales and Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales & CRM Manager to handle end-to-end sales closures for premium under-construction residences (₹2–3 Cr+ segment). The role involves client presentations, CRM discipline, lead tracking, collections follow-ups, and coordination with our digital marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end sales closures (₹2 Cr+ preferred)
• Premium client presentations & site visits
• CRM management, lead tracking & follow-up discipline
• Collection tracking & documentation
• Social media DM handling & agency coordination
• Sales reporting & structured record maintenance

Skills & Requirements

• 2+ years in real estate sales ( ₹1.5 Cr+ ticket size preferred)
• Experience with under-construction inventory
• CRM tools & MS Excel proficiency
• Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
• Structured thinking, time management & ownership mindset
• Professional, presentable personality
