BayoluOne Group Location: Goa, India Industry: Alcohol / Distillery Experience: 5–10 years (Distillery experience is mandatory) Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing skilled to lead our alcohol brand portfolio, starting with the launch of RTD cocktails (8% & 16% ABV) and expanding into premium whiskey and exports to UAE & Sri Lanka. The ideal candidate must have strong industry exposure, deep market connections, and the capability to build and manage teams while aligning with our long-term brand vision. Key Responsibilities Sales · Develop and execute sales strategies for RTD and future spirits portfolio. · Build and manage distributor and retail partnerships across India. · Drive revenue growth and achieve targets across channels. · Analyze market trends, competition, and category opportunities. · Manage pricing, margins, and profitability. · Build, mentor, and lead the sales team. Marketing · Develop and implement brand marketing strategies and campaigns. · Manage digital marketing, brand activations, events, and product launches. · Ensure cohesive brand communication across all touchpoints. · Track campaign performance and optimize for improved ROI. · Ensure compliance with alcohol marketing regulations in India. What We Expect · Mandatory experience in the distillery/alcohol/beverage industry. · Strong understanding of alcohol sales channels, marketing practices, and legal regulations. · Ability to clearly articulate market challenges, how they’ve overcome them, and their approach to future challenges. · Established market networks and distributor connections. · Leadership capability with the willingness to build and lead a team. · Strategic thinker with strong execution, communication, and negotiation skills. · Genuine interest in contributing to a growing brand with long-term vision.
