COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
This is a performance based income model.
There is no fixed salary.
Sales Associates earn commission on successful sales.

Commission structure

• Up to 30 percent commission on net sales
• Monthly payout on or before the 10th of every month
• No earning limit

Your income is directly proportional to your performance.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
Sales Associates are expected to maintain the following discipline:

• Maintain daily calling activity

Expected billing performance:
Your monthly billing should target approximately 8 times your desired income.

TRAINING AND SUPPORT

All selected candidates will receive structured training before starting sales.
Training includes:

Our team will support you during the initial sales process to help you understand the business model and build confidence in selling.
