Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and convert new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Handle inbound & outbound calls, emails, and chats with professionalism.
• Provide timely support and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports.
What We're Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer support (freshers with the right attitude are welcome).
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and customer-first mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
