Sales Manager – WTF Gyms &## ; Location: Sector 9, Noida + NCR field

Drive and own end-to-end membership sales across 8–10 gym locations, manage a large on-ground core sales team and ensure achievement of high-value monthly revenue targets.

Must have managed a core sales team size of 30–50+ members

~4–6 years of experience in D2C / direct sales with strong team handling

~ Experience managing multi-location on-ground sales teams

~ Strong sales execution, daily/weekly performance reviews and conversion focus

~ Hardcore, target-driven and field-oriented profile
