Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint API Developer with expertise in integrating SailPoint

Identity Security Cloud (ISC) with ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will design, develop,

and maintain APIs and connectors that enable seamless identity governance, access

provisioning, and lifecycle management between SailPoint and ServiceNow platforms. This

role requires strong technical knowledge of SailPoint APIs, ServiceNow integration

capabilities, and identity management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement API integrations between SailPoint ISC and

ServiceNow to automate identity lifecycle processes doe Access request using

ServiceNow Form

• Develop and maintain custom connectors, workflows, and scripts to support

complex identity governance use cases.

• Collaborate with IAM architects, business analysts, and ServiceNow developers to

gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Ensure secure, scalable, and reliable API communication between SailPoint and

ServiceNow platforms.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities following best

practices and organizational standards.

• Document integration designs, API specifications, and operational procedures.

• Stay current with SailPoint and ServiceNow platform updates, API enhancements,

and industry trends.

• Support audit and compliance requirements by ensuring integrations meet security

and governance standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Proven experience (3+ years) in SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ API development

and integration.

• Strong experience with ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow IntegrationHub,

REST/SOAP APIs, and workflow automation.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar.

• Experience with RESTful API design, development, and consumption.

• Familiarity with identity governance concepts, provisioning workflows, and access

certification processes.

• Knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow modules related to IAM.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team

environment.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical

stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SailPoint Developer or Architect certification.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Integration Specialist.

• Experience with other IAM tools and platforms.

• Knowledge of security standards such as OAuth, SAML, SCIM.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices
