Role Description

This is a full-time Room Attendant role, based on-site at our location in Sector 31, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining clean guest rooms and common areas, handling laundry and linens, attending to guests' needs, and providing a welcoming atmosphere. The individual will play a key role in ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for all guests while adhering to the company’s high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Housekeeping and Clean Rooms procedures to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for guest areas.
• Hands-on experience in Laundry and handling linens efficiently and hygienically.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with guests and address their requirements.
• Attention to detail, ability to work efficiently in a team and manage time effectively.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform duties that require physical effort.
• Prior experience in a hospitality or service-oriented role is a plus but not mandatory.
