Experience Required
0.6 to 5 years

Candidates should possess hands-on experience and strong command in the following areas:

• Mechatronics – Strong foundational knowledge in mechatronics systems with the ability to design and build integrated mechanical-electronic projects,
• Electronics & Electrical Systems – Solid foundational knowledge and practical skills
• Microcontrollers – Experience with platforms like Arduino, ESP32, etc.
• Embedded Systems – Designing and developing embedded applications
• PCB Design & Circuit Making – Ability to design, simulate, and build functional circuits
• 3D Printing – Operation and integration of 3D printers for prototyping
• STEAM Learning Tools – Familiarity with educational kits and tools for STEAM education
• Rocketry – Fundamental understanding of rocketry concepts with the ability to design and build small educational models such as Hydro Rockets, along with explaining their working principles
• Submarine Models – Knowledge of underwater robotics or buoyancy-based projects
• RC Planes – Capability to design, assemble, and operate radio-controlled aircraft
• Humanoid Robots – Exposure to assembling and programming humanoid models
• Hyperloop Concepts – Awareness of futuristic transportation technologies
• Aerospace Fundamentals – Basic knowledge of flight dynamics and space technologies
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) – Foundational understanding or project-level experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver STEAM-based lessons and project-based learning activities at school level.
• Engage students with creative and hands-on activities in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics.
• Implement daily innovation-driven STEAM and Mechatronics projects.
• Interact with students to generate innovative ideas and enhance logical thinking.
• Guide and mentor students in school innovation programs and competitions.
• Design and develop project based on Robotics, Mechatronics, and AI.
• Prepare and deliver interactive training curriculum and lesson plans.
• Conduct practical sessions using tools like Arduino, ESP Series, Raspberry, and other learning platforms.
• Research and prototype innovative ideas for educational projects.
• Travel occasionally to schools in and around Jaipur for sessions and exhibitions.

• B.Tech / M.Tech in:
• Mechatronics
• Electronics, Electronics and Communications,
• Electrical & Mechanical
• AI and IT

Robotics & Tech Tools:
Python, C, C++, Arduino, IoT, Breadboard, Tinkercad, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence (basics will also do)
