Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail‑oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support end‑to‑end recruitment activities, ensure a smooth hiring experience for candidates, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand role requirements.
  • Assist in employer branding activities and job fair coordination (if required).
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support HR operations and documentation as needed.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
  • Comfortable using MS Office and recruitment tools/job portals.
  • Good organizational and coordination abilities.

  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience using ATS tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Familiarity with sourcing strategies and Boolean search.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
