Pistabarfi is a fast-growing mithai brand featured on Shark Tank India – Season 5, Episode 7.

After the telecast of the episode, we are entering a phase of rapid growth and expansion, and we are looking to build a strong team that can grow with the company.
We are looking to hire sincere, hardworking, and reliable staff who want to be part of a young and growing food brand and help run day-to-day operations.

Preferred Background:
Candidates with prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry will be preferred.
Experience in mithai shops, sweet stores, namkeen stores, or QSR chains is ideal.
Candidates who have worked with brands such as Tewari Bros / Tewari Sweets, Brijwasi Sweets, Ghasitaram Sweets, McDonald's, Dairy Day, Mithai & More, or similar mithai / snack chains will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Handling end-to-end store operations
Packing and dispatching mithai orders
Managing logistics and order fulfilment
Handling online orders from Swiggy, Zomato, Zepto, Blinkit and other platforms
Maintaining cleanliness, product quality, and inventory
Supporting the team in daily store operations

Requirements:
Prior experience in F&B / mithai / QSR operations
Basic understanding of online food delivery platforms
Responsible, punctual, and disciplined
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Team player with a positive attitude
