A Retail Sales Officer (RSO) in a jewelry setting, is responsible for driving sales by providing expert product knowledge on gold/diamond jewelry, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving, or exceeding, sales targets. Key duties include assisting customers, maintaining immaculate display cases, managing inventory, and handling transactions.

• Sales Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable jewelry products.
• Customer Service: Build lasting relationships by offering personalized service, educating customers on jewelry trends, and resolving inquiries promptly.
• Operational Support: Maintain, organize, and clean jewelry displays and ensure adherence to company, health, and safety policies.
• Inventory & Transactions: Assist with stock checks, inventory management, and accurately handle POS (Point of Sale) systems for cash and card transactions.
