Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagercoil . The Retail Sales Manager will oversee store operations, lead sales teams, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Key responsibilities include coaching and motivating staff, analyzing sales performance, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service and experience. The successful candidate will also identify new business opportunities, implement effective sales strategies, and maintain an organized and welcoming store environment to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Retail Sales and Sales strategies, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. Experience in selling through SIS will be an added advantage.
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport with customers and team members
  • Experience in managing and enhancing Customer Experience, ensuring professional and personalized service
  • Experience in executing in-store promotions,events and local marketing initiatives.
  • Leadership and team management abilities to drive performance and uphold company standard
  • Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective sales and inventory strategies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail for managing daily operations
  • Proficiency with retail management software and tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred
