We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate – Jewellery to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, showcasing jewellery collections, and delivering an exceptional in-store shopping experience. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
• Showcase and explain product features including gemstones, metals, craftsmanship, and pricing.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure displays are attractive and organized.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing accurately.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
• Manage customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service requests.
• Ensure proper handling, security, and maintenance of jewelry inventory.
• Stay updated on new collections, product knowledge, and market trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Prior experience in retail sales, luxury retail, or jewelry sales will be an advantage.
• Freshers with strong customer service skills may also apply.
