• *Responsibilities**

1. Developing store strategies to raise customers pool, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability

2. Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff

3. Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

• *Education**

1. MBA / Bachelor degree from a reputed university/college

2. MS Office & proficiency in excel is a must

• *Skills**

1. Knowledge of handling Retail Store Operations

2. Selling & customer service

3. MIS Reporting

4. Communication
- Excellent spoken & written communication skills in English & regional language

5. Computer operating knowledge

• *Experience**

1. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in front-end retail operations as Sales Executive

2. Freshers are also fine with BBA & MBA (sales background).

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹370,000.00 per year
