Sales Executive/Sr. Sales Executive (Retail Jewellery Brand)

Locations: Bangalore (Sarjapur Road, HSR, Indra Nagar

Salary: 25k-40k inhand (Depending upon the relevant experience and interview)

Role Overview:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the process of selecting and purchasing lab-grown diamond jewellery in the retail store. The role demands excellent communication skills, product understanding, and a customer-first approach.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a premium customer experience by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable jewellery/products
  • Drive in-store sales and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product range, designs, pricing, and ongoing offers
  • Assist customers with product selection, billing, and post-purchase support
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are followed as per brand guidelines
  • Support inventory management, stock checks, and coordination with store operations
  • Mentor junior sales staff when required and lead by example on the shop floor

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-2+ years of experience in retail sales (Jewellery / luxury retail preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and peak retail hours
